Dear Tim

This letter is to recap a story, thank you for your help and tell you of the great result I have experienced with the improvement of insulation in my home.

My house was built four years ago and because money was tight only the bare essentials were included in the construction. The ceiling insulation we choose was cellulose and the house was also built with a lot of windows.

I vividly remember the first hot day I came home, hoping to get out of the heat and relax in my nice new cool house. Unfortunately, I was disillusioned, whilst the temperature outside was about 35 degrees 'inside the house it was about 40 and upstairs in our bedroom it was about 45 degrees. After a number of sleepless nights I knew if we were to survive, the house had to made cooler.

We first invested in good quality backing on all our curtains, I also built a pergola with a roof to deflect heat off our rear windows, and even had some windows tinted. All these additions helped to drop the temperature, but not enough to be satisfactory.

I

After a number of conversations with you and your father, I decided to take your advice and install your concertina foil batts in the ceiling of the house. Also on your recommendation we installed a

couple of extraction fans to pull the heat out of the roof space.

We have had a number of very hot days this summer and the improvement of temperature in the house is unbelievable. It is now a welcome relief to come home to a house that is comfortably cool on a hot day.

Thanks again for your invaluable help and a product that really does it's job.

Yours sincerely
